This website is operated by Amper Lighting, VAT-registered dealer (Israel) no. 028236784, 79 Abba Hushi Road, Isfiya, Israel (“AMPER” or “we”). Contact us at +972539909901 or amperlight2026@gmail.com.
These terms govern use of the website and requests submitted through it. They do not limit any mandatory consumer right. Applicable law prevails in the event of a conflict.
1. Website and product information
- The website presents lighting products, accessories and related services and accepts requests for orders, consultations, delivery or installation.
- Images are illustrative. Colour, texture and appearance can vary because of photography, displays and natural materials. The binding specification is the written specification approved before payment.
- We may correct a typographical, pricing or factual error before a contract is formed. We will notify the customer and will not charge without approval.
- Stock and availability can change. Publishing an item or adding it to a bag does not reserve stock.
2. Prices and VAT
Prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery, installation, special handling and custom work are shown separately or approved in writing before payment.
3. Order process and contract formation
- Submitting the website form is an order request only. It does not form a contract and does not charge a card.
- We first verify stock, specification, address, delivery cost and any additional service, then provide a final summary.
- A contract is formed only after the customer approves the final summary and terms and payment is actually completed through the secure PayPlus page, unless another method is agreed in writing.
- An automated receipt message only confirms that the request reached us. If the order cannot be fulfilled, no charge will be made; any erroneous charge will be refunded as required by law.
4. Payment and fiscal documents
When enabled, online payment takes place on PayPlus’s secure page. AMPER does not request or retain the full card number or security code. A lawful accounting document will be supplied as required; a payment gateway confirmation alone is not an invoice or receipt.
5. Delivery and pickup
Delivery areas, fees and estimated times appear in our Delivery and Returns Policy. Time begins after the order specification and payment are approved. Custom-made goods carry the separate lead time confirmed in writing. Pickup is free and by prior arrangement at the published address.
6. Installation
- Installation is available only when shown as active and included in the order or quotation. Scope, fee and timing are agreed in writing in advance.
- Electrical work will be carried out only by a person holding an active Israeli electrician licence appropriate for the work. Customers may ask to see the licence details before work begins.
- The customer must give accurate information about infrastructure and access. Additional work requires separate price approval.
7. Custom manufacture
Custom manufacture begins only after written approval of dimensions, finish, specification, price and lead time. The cancellation exception applies only to goods actually made to unique measurements or requirements, not standard stock or the mere act of ordering from a supplier. A request may be cancelled until actual production begins. Mandatory rights concerning defects, non-conformity or breach remain in force.
8. Cancellation and returns
Cancellation and return rights are described in our Delivery and Returns Policy and online Cancellation page, which form part of these terms.
9. Warranty and defects
- Inspect goods promptly and report damage, defects or non-conformity as soon as possible with the order number and useful evidence.
- The warranty period and service provider will be shown on the product page or supplied before the transaction. Statutory consumer rights always remain available.
- A warranty need not cover damage caused by installation contrary to instructions, unauthorised work, unsuitable use or fair wear and tear, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual property
The website design, text, photographs, marks and code are protected. Commercial copying or use requires permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
11. Privacy, accessibility and updates
The Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement form part of these terms. We may update these documents. The version shown when an order request and final transaction are approved governs that transaction.
12. Governing law
Israeli law governs the website and transactions. Jurisdiction remains with the court competent under applicable law; this clause does not remove a consumer forum or right granted by law.
