Acknowledging this notice covers processing needed for the service you select. It is not consent to advertising; marketing consent is shown separately, is not preselected and is not a condition of service.

5. Retention
- Transaction, payment and accounting records are retained for legally required periods, commonly up to seven years and longer where a dispute requires it.
- Enquiries, appointments, plans and proposals without a transaction are retained only while needed for handling, continued service, control or legal protection, and are reviewed periodically for deletion or minimisation.

- The shopping bag remains in the browser until the user clears it, removes items or deletes site data.
6. Security
We use reasonable, proportionate safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, request limits, backups and separation of the payment page. No system is completely secure; contact us promptly if you suspect a security incident.
Images and media loaded automatically by the website are served only from application-managed storage or local files. Merchant-entered external image URLs are not loaded, so a visitor’s IP address is not disclosed to an unknown image host.
7. Cookies and browser storage
The website currently uses only cookies and local storage needed for the cart, local drafts, display preferences, security and account sign-in. As of this revision, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and other non-essential advertising or tracking tools are not enabled. If enabled later, they will remain off until an appropriate choice is made, with options to reject and change that choice.
Essential sign-in cookies are created only when the relevant feature is used: admin access for up to 12 hours, POS access for up to 8 hours, customer account access for up to 30 days, and a temporary sign-in-link verification cookie for up to 15 minutes. The cookie preference is retained for up to 180 days. The shopping bag remains in local browser storage until it is cleared or site data is removed.
8. Marketing
Service messages needed for a request or transaction are not marketing and will not contain advertising. Advertising is sent only in accordance with law after an explicit choice and through approved channels. Consent may be withdrawn through an unsubscribe link, by replying with an opt-out request, or by emailing us. Opting out of marketing does not affect essential transaction messages.
Where direct mail is tailored using purchases, budget, location or another characteristic, the message will identify direct mailing, the database controller and contact details, the source of the information and the right to request removal from the mailing list.
9. Your requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal information, request deletion where the law permits, close an account or object to marketing. Email us with enough details to verify your identity. We may request additional information to prevent unauthorised disclosure.
10. Sharing a plan and another person’s information
Do not provide a partner’s or collaborator’s email address for plan sharing without their permission. The inviter must confirm that permission before creating access. The plan opens only after sign-in to the verified account for the exact email address that was authorised; access can be revoked or its removal requested through the contact details above.
11. Children and changes
The website is not directed specifically to children. Anyone under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian’s approval. Material policy updates will be published with a new revision date.
